Anything.-.

No, the wording made me think it was related to what i had just said
11:15 PM
Not that I was asking for you to give examples or something
11:15 PM
Sorry if that wasn't obvious
Avatar
When my host was forcing Apollo she had a google doc open where she would just write all her thoughts to him, it helped her focus
11:16 PM
Find something to help you focus, then just talk about anything
Avatar
My thoughts are locked away somewhere I can't see them, with only a few occasionally visible to me
Avatar
How do you function
Avatar
What do you mean?
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:19 PM
that's not how actual people work (edited)
11:20 PM
you have thoughts
11:20 PM
you're thinking them right now
11:20 PM
you're thinking about what to type and then typing it
11:20 PM
you had the (absurd) thought that somehow your thoughts are "locked away somewhere" (which is not how reality works)
Avatar
But I can't consciously tell what they are
11:21 PM
Especially if I'm trying to tell what they are
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:21 PM
if you're going to insist on such an absurd view of your mind then trying to help you is a waste of time
Avatar
I know, I'm impossible
11:22 PM
Sorry
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:22 PM
if you're going to ask for help, then actually listen to what people say (edited)
11:22 PM
why would you even bother otherwise?
11:22 PM
obviously you have no intention of doing that
Avatar
(I was about to say something but there's nothing I can say here that would actually do anything)
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:24 PM
you could actually listen and try the things people say
11:24 PM
but no, trying to explain the same thing again won't help
Avatar
Ok, could you explicitly lay out something for me to do? Not trying to be rude or a smart-alec but I have trouble understanding basic things half the time
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:26 PM
pick literally anything you care about
11:26 PM
talk about it to a person in your head (your soon-to-be tulpa) like you were telling another person about it
Avatar
Why create a thoughtform if you don't have conscious thoughts
Avatar
I honestly don't even know at this point, everything I say I'm barely even certain if it's true, unless you ask something you can't guess at, like my name or something
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:28 PM
annnnnnd you're not listening again
Avatar
(was talking to piano there)
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:28 PM
boy that was fast
11:28 PM
a new record
Avatar
I was about to say something that was actually in response to you
11:29 PM
Doing what you said, it's literally the 9th+ time I've thought this in my head today
11:29 PM
Probably should pick another subject then
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 9/21/2018 11:30 PM
anything will do
Avatar
The only thing I can go anywhere with is basically just a mental recording of a song or something
11:32 PM
Again, sorry about me being impossible
Avatar
You shouldn't be too down on yourself Kyd
Avatar
I have tried easy things like "well, I'm hungry, let's see what we can make today. What do I have at home?". It's just telling what I'm about to do. Yes, it's hard to start doing that in the beginning, I know, but it gets easier if you just do it, even without responses.
Avatar
So, not what I have been told to be doing so far? Literally just saying what I'm doing even if it's incredibly basic?
11:38 PM
Like "I'm walking out the door"
Avatar
I think what we've been saying is that anything works

To narrate, all you have to do is talk to them in your mind as you go about your day about anything that you wish. You can talk to them about what you’re currently doing, what you think about it, what you want to do next, or absolutely anything that you’d want to talk to them about. You can tell them about your favorite movies or games, what you wish to accomplish in the future, or anything else you can think of. If you end up repeating yourself then that’s perfectly fine as well. It doesn’t matter what you talk about or how many times you do so, it only matters that you do talk to them on a consistent basis. You can narrate to them while focusing on them intently without distractions, or you can narrate to them while doing something else. There are virtually no limits to when, where, how, or how often you narrate. The chances of you hearing a response from them may even increase the more narration you do towards them. They will become reinforced as a thoughtform within your brain as you narrate, which means they’ll be growing as you do so.
Avatar
Isn't it bad if all you do is repeat the exact same thing to your tulpa?
Avatar
As long as it's directed at your tulpa, no.
Avatar
"how are you" "good"
12:04 AM
Isn't good
Avatar
What are you worried about?
Avatar
What do you mean?
Avatar
You're asking if it's bad
Avatar
It doesn't get anywhere, is what I mean
12:08 AM
Especially when I'm 99% sure I'm parroting
Avatar
Don't expect any response from your tulpa, just talk to them. If you get a response, then it's not parroting, since you weren't expecting it.
Avatar
It's hard not to expect a response
12:15 AM
When you ask a question you automatically expect a response
Avatar
Don't ask questions, then
Avatar
Don't ask them questions if you can't help but expect a response.
12:20 AM
How do I not expect a response
Avatar
Feel free to monologue and such, it doesn’t need to be like a conversation
Avatar
I have trouble monologuing, unless I do it unintentionally, which would be hard to direct at my tulpa, and hasn't happened recently
12:25 AM
Sorry if I seem to have an excuse for everything
Avatar
Hey y’all, second session tonite. What should I do apart from active forcing to quicken (or more accurately, strengthen) my tulpa’s existence in his very early formative stage?
Avatar
Nothing? Just focus on him and talk to him, not much else to it
12:49 AM
you can passive force throughout the day and active force whenever you can
Avatar
Alright thanks, I guess I’m just a lil paranoid haha
Avatar
force more
Avatar
I've just felt a bizarre head pressure type feeling that I've never really felt before, or at least a feeling I don't recognize
4:10 PM
it didn't hurt, just felt a little bit of pressure on my right temple, as if something was lightly pushing it with the end of a stick
Avatar
Interpret it as you like, I guess.
Avatar
Last night i was feeling bad, then head pressure out of nowhere. Dashie wanted to hug me, and i wasn't listening.
Avatar
Yeah for me it was when I was feeling down in the dumps too
4:31 PM
On the one hand, it’s a new feeling - on the other hand, I only started two days ago
Avatar
You can assume it's your tulpa if that will motivate you more
4:33 PM
Head pressures are more of a sign of your brain working hard than anything else, but that can be good too, since it might mean it's working hard and meeting your goals with creating a tulpa
4:33 PM
We get them yeah
4:34 PM
And I do understand that it's good to assume it means they're making progress
4:34 PM
My host experienced that too, after all
4:35 PM
I think people probably do experience them in other scenarios but don't notice it bc nobody gives them a reason to
4:35 PM
We've noticed getting them while focusing hard during lectures, for example
4:37 PM
Ye, as I said, it's likely a reacting to it working hard or experiencing something new, which can be a good sign for creating a tulpa
4:40 PM
I know that when my host first sat down and started forcing she got head pressures, which she took as a sign of progress, too
Avatar
Breloomancer 9/22/2018 4:41 PM
I've never had head pressures with tulpamancy, or otherwise
Avatar
We mostly get them when focusing hard on fronting
Avatar
I’ve def gotten pressure during lectures but this feels... different. “Lecture pressure” for me is on my forehead and feels a little mote achey
Avatar
I wouldn't know how to trigger them intentionally
Avatar
Not parroting
5:01 PM
Maybe you just expected her to say that she was controlling the head pressures, so she did
5:01 PM
We influence how each other acts through expectations
5:01 PM
Even to our host
5:01 PM
Doesn't make it parroting
Avatar
Moonlit_Menagerie 9/22/2018 5:54 PM
Every time I've felt that, it was my tulpa or systemmate
5:59 PM
The head pressure you guys are describing
